These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at medequipmentrepair.com and the services provided by Dental Equipment Service & Repair ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Dental Equipment Service & Repair provides mobile dental equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and installation services to dental practices in Ventura County and surrounding areas. Our services include:
- Emergency equipment repair (same-day response)
- Preventive maintenance plans (quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
- Equipment installation and removal
- Diagnostics and estimates
2. Service Appointments
2.1 Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone at (424) 527-9914, or by email. All appointment times are estimates; we will communicate any delays.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require prepayment for future appointments.
2.3 Access Requirements
You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment to be serviced and for ensuring the equipment can be powered down where required. Please disclose any known hazards or access restrictions when booking.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates before performing non-emergency repairs. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. You will be notified of any material changes before work proceeds.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Overdue balances may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
5. Warranty
We warrant our labor for 90 days from the date of service. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we will assist you in pursuing where applicable. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or patient no-shows resulting from equipment downtime.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Dental Equipment Service & Repair and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.
10. Changes to These Terms
